First Initiatives provides innovative, person centred, quality support services for adults and children with Learning Disability, Mental Health issues or Physical Disabilities allowing service users to realise their potential for independence and to live full and independent lives.
Continuity of Care
To ensure continuity of care, First Initiatives supports its staff through a variety of means including, comprehensive induction, continuing professional development, supervision and appraisal and unique support systems.
Staff support systems are designed to provide a consistent person-centred service and First Initiatives has development pathways for supporting staff with the aim of providing continuity to the service user.
First Initiatives is a progressive and growing charity and as such we frequently have opportunities for people to join us as Support Workers or Bank Support Workers.
